Vic Taucer is the president of Casino Creations, a Nevada consulting and Training Corporation that produces casino instructional seminars, trains dealers and supervisors for table games, develops gaming training curriculum and publishes gaming instructional textbooks. As a consultant, Mr. Taucer sets up and produces casino managerial training programs and casino educational seminars in jurisdictions nationwide. Vic Taucer has recently served as Director of Casino Training for the Paris Casino, coordinating the opening and orientation programs for the table games department.

A former casino educator, Mr. Taucer recently retired after 13 years as a professor of Casino Management for the University and Community College System of Nevada. Professor Taucer taught and designed many of the casino training courses offered in the University System of Nevada. The author of many casino instructional text books, his manuals on Dealing and Supervision, along with his new book, Table Games Management, is used in training worldwide.

Prior to his foray into casino education, Vic Taucer was an accomplished casino manager and executive in numerous Las Vegas casinos, including Caesars Palace, beginning his casino career in 1976. Starting as a dealer, Vic has held every position in the casino table game department through a long career in the gaming industry.
