POSITION SUMMARY
Navajo Partnership for Housing (NPH) seeks an executive leader with passion for advancing quality housing and ownership among Navajo families on and off reservation. Our leader will love recruiting partners and financing to make housing work. S/he must possess financial/ business savvy; be knowledgeable about real estate; and be a strong communicator. The successful candidate will bring at least 7 years of executive or senior leadership experience wherein s/he managed people. NPH has 10 employees, a 15-member Board, a $1.2m operating budget, $1.2m in loan funds, 33 acres of land, 4 vacant lots, 2 homes. Roughly $3.4m has been allocated by NAHASDA for the upcoming Karigan Estates III subdivision. Preference for candidates of Navajo origin. Salary based on experience plus benefits.
