Welcome to the NIGA Virtual Library.

Our resources are separated into three general categories, Studies, Books, and Testimonies. The Studies are our primary resource, produced by a wide variety of private and governmental organizations covering all aspects of Native American issues and Indian Gaming concerns. Our Book selection covers similar topic matter with greater background and depth. The selection of Testimonies we provide are a resource you are not likely to find elswhere. These documents provide an accurate recording of testimonial evidence provided to regulating committees and other governemental organizations.

Searching & Browsing: You will find it easy to locate items of interest in the Library using the 4 buttons to the left. The Keyword Search system above allows you to view summaries of material on any topic related to the keyword you enter into the text box. The Browse Studies button will display a list of all studies, the Browse Books button will display a list of all books, and the Browse Testimonies button will display a list of all testimonies.

Books: With the listing of most Books you will find a link to the Publisher's web site where you can obtain additional information on the book or purchase a copy.

Reading & Downloading Studies & Testimonies: With the listing of each Study or Testimony you may find a link named Read leading to a copy of the full text which can be read online. Or you may find a link named Download which will take you to a page where you can download the complete document at no charge.

Ordering Studies & Testimonies: Hard copies of all Studies & Testimonies may be ordered from NIGA for a small duplication and handling fee. The documents will be sent to you by First Class Mail.

To order Studies & Testimonies online using our Secure Ordering System, enter the Reference Number of the document you want in the text box at the top of the page (next to the Order Form button) then click on the Order Form button. This will take you to a page where you can select the number of copies you want and complete the rest of your order, or return to this Resources area to select another document.

If you'd rather, you can also download a copy of our Order Form which can be printed, filled out, and then faxed or mailed to NIGA.
